All items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner.

Production time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time (after production):

  • Europe: 7–15 business days (depending on shipping method)

  • Express options: 5–10 business days

  • Standard shipping: up to 25–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs or local carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

Please make sure to review the size chart and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos of:

    • The item received

    • The issue or defect

    • The packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note: Items do not need to be returned for approved claims.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will review the situation.
